Printable standings

The ladder's "Print standings" button opens a one-page sheet at /l/<ladder>/print: the standings in one time control, the period's most improved players, and the date. Add &pairings=1 (or use "Print pairings" on the ladder) to add suggested pairings with a result column for club night.

Change the period on the sheet before printing. The site's navigation, colors meant for screens and buttons are left off the printout.
