Why the numbers differ
Both sites use Glicko-style systems, but a rating only means something against the other players in the same pool. Different starting ratings (1500 on Lichess, lower on chess.com), different player populations and different time-control cut-offs move the whole scale.
Limits
These are club players, team members and people who play on both sites, not every account on either site, so the middle sits higher than each site's own average. "Good" depends on the comparison: a player above the median of their own club is doing well whatever the number.
