Refunds

If the Club pass isn't useful to you, ask within 14 days of buying and you'll get all of it back. No reason needed.

Write to contact@chessclubladder.com from the email you bought with and include the Stripe receipt. I refund the original card; it shows in 5 to 10 days.

After a refund the pass stops working. Your ladders stay; a ladder over 15 players keeps everyone, but no one new can join until it's under the limit.
