Billing questions
Is it one payment?
Yes. $19 once, and the pass works for as long as the site runs. There's nothing to cancel. If I ever shut the site down, I'll say so here at least 30 days before.
Who handles the payment?
I sell the pass. You pay once by card through Stripe, which opens in a new tab. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach me. Stripe emails you a receipt, and the thanks page shows your license key. Save it.
How do I use the pass on my ladders?
Sign in with your license key, which the thanks page showed after you paid. If you lost it, email me the Stripe receipt and I will send it again. Ladders you create while signed in get the pass straight away; on older ladders press "Use the Club pass" on the admin page. After that the dashboard lists them on any device where you sign in.
Can I get a refund?
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get all of it back. No reason needed. Write to the address on the contact page.
What happens to my ladder if I don't buy?
Nothing. The free ladder keeps working with up to 15 players. Readings, reports and the embed don't stop.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No. The only analytics, when turned on, is Cloudflare's counter, which sets no cookies. The privacy page lists everything I store.
