Reading the ladder
The ladder page has seven parts. The tabs under the header jump to each one.
- Ladder
- Every player with their rating, change and games on each site, in one time control. Pick 7 days, 30 days or the current season, and the time control. Press any column heading to sort by it.
- Who improved
- Bars for each player's rating change in that time control, on whichever site went better, colored by site. Below it, each player's rating lines on both sites.
- When the club plays
- A grid of rated games per player per day for the last 35 days. Hatched days are before I started counting that player's games.
- Where the ratings sit
- Each club player as a dot on each site, over gray bars showing how every account I track spreads across 100-point bands.
- Pairings
- See pairing suggestions.
- Awards
- Most improved and most active, every week.
- Share
- The embed code, the link and the RSS feed.
Symbols
- 1854? the site still calls the rating provisional.
- +35* I have no rating from before the period, so the change counts from the first rating inside it.
- ? in games: my count starts partway through the period.
- not verified: added from a public team without a profile code.
