A rating estimates playing strength from wins and losses against other rated players. It moves after every game, so the trend over weeks matters more than one day.
Lichess and chess.com keep separate ratings, and each time control is its own pool. Compare each number only with itself.
Bullet and blitz games last under 10 minutes. Rapid games give 10 minutes or more per side. Daily (correspondence) games give a day or more per move.
Ratings dip when a player starts meeting stronger opponents. That is normal.
Only rated online games show up here. Club games, over-the-board tournaments and lessons don't.
